I'm glad you liked the boterkoek!! Although they both tasted great I decided they were not perfect: they were a bit too dry to my liking. So I came up with my own recipe, it will be online Saturday over at The Loves and Life of Grumpy's Honeybunch. My first guest post, I'm so excited!!
