Margaret chose this simple but delicious chicken for us in our Eating with Ellie group. Because it is cooked in the foil packet it is really moist. We are not huge lovers of green pepper so I left that one out. I think this would be good with some added vegetables like broccoli or even sliced potatoes. It did take about 45 minutes to prepare. It is chicken with green onions, red and green peppers, sauce, and toasted sesame seeds to serve.
