Asian Chicken and Vegetables in Foil -EwE

Margaret chose this simple but delicious chicken for us in our Eating with Ellie group.  Because  it is cooked in the foil packet it is really moist.   We are not huge lovers of green pepper so I left that one out.  I think this would be good with some added vegetables like broccoli or even sliced potatoes.  It did take about 45 minutes to prepare.   It is chicken with green onions, red and green peppers, sauce, and toasted sesame seeds to serve.

Looks great. Just love those colored plates/dishes you have as the food always looks extra great on them. We loved this one. It called for red and yellow peppers in my book, so I did use both those (I agree, not the biggest fan of green peppers here as well). Anyway, my photo doesn't even show my chicken as I used all the peppers she said and at least you can see your chicken, which looks wonderful!
